Meet Garnet the Human-Like Chihuahua

Looking for an adopter, currently in foster care. 7 years old, 8 lbs. Chihuahua mix. Good with dogs and cats. Scroll to bottom of this post for contact info.

Garnet is a 7 year old, 8 lb Chihuahua mix. Garnet is a sweetheart. He’s really mellow and prefers relaxing on your lap than playing with other dogs! He’s more of a human dog than he is a dog dog. He is currently being fostered with kittens and he is great and gentle with them! He enjoys long walks and coming back home to a nap! On the leash, his foster mom says he is a dream!

He loves affection and once he opens up he will come to you for a pet with his tail wagging!  He is the perfect little dog for an NYC apartment and someone who wants a chill and sweet little guy for a companion!

He loves his humans and is a great cuddler. He is a lap dog for sure. He enjoys playing with toys and is good with children. Garnet is pad trained and also crate trained. He has learned the command sit and loves to receive a treat for doing so!

He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.

Care of PupStarz Rescue. Located in NYC.
