Adopt Me, We Need Homes

Meet JoJo the Silly Pit Mix

Looking for an adopter. 4-5 years old, 55 lbs. Female Pit Mix. Good with kids! Scroll to bottom of this post for contact info.

Sweet JoJo has not had an easy life. She was found stranded and tied up in a basement. She was emaciated and scared. JoJo then spent a very long time in boarding, and everyone was so happy when JoJo found her way into a home. Unfortunately, JoJo ended up in a bad situation. She does not want to live with other dogs and while her adopter knew this and had no other dogs, soon his partner moved in with his dog.

When they did not get along, JoJo got the boot. She landed back in boarding for over a year where she was incredibly stressed, withering away to a shell of what she had been. A wonderful family stepped up to save JoJo from the stress of boarding but they already have many pets and JoJo can’t stay there indefinitely. JoJo needs to find her very own home!

JoJo is a sweet and fun girl. She loves being outside, playing and taking long walks. And JoJo is a cuddle bug too. JoJo does need to be the only 4-legged in your home. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots, and micro chipped. JoJo is located near Milford, Ct but transport is available for approved adopters.

Care of Rescue Right. Located in Milford, CT.

The dog is the legal property of the rescue organization until an adoption contract is signed.
