Connecting homeless dogs with people who want to foster!

Adopt Me, Foster Me, We Need Homes

Meet Toby the Snuggly Pittie

5/2017 UPDATE: Toby has bounced around to a couple foster homes and has had some bad luck, and ended up back in boarding. His previous foster died, so sad!! We want him to have some stability and find an experienced foster home (or adopter) where he can be a normal dog again.

11/2016: Looking for a foster home or adopter. 3 years old, 50 lbs. Male Lab/Pit Bull mix. Good with dogs! Scroll to bottom of this post for contact info.

From his rescuer: Meet Toby Tobias, an amazingly friendly and playful 3-year-old 50 lb Lab/Pit mix. He is housebroken and is fixed and up to date on his shots.

toby3Toby is an amazingly athletic dog who loves to run (he’s make a great jogging companion) and could win a high-jumping contest or a Frisbee catching competition! Sadly, Toby lost his foster and is currently in boarding and it’s not the best environment for him. He’s very energetic and kennel life doesn’t get him the exercise he needs.

Toby will need an experienced handler who can help him adjust to life back in a home. But it will be so worth it as you will be smothered with love because Toby can’t get enough hugs – which is a good thing because he so utterly huggable.

Toby is  good with most other dogs too but cats, however, not so much.
