PHOTOS: Adoption Event in Marine Park

A little bit of sunshine by the water, that helps make for a great adoption event! We were in Marine Park Brooklyn Saturday with Borough Hall, and with many NYC-area rescue groups and other organizations. It was a wonderful crowd of families, single people, dog owners, and all types. We were excited to connect with more people to encourage them to foster and adopt!

We brought two adoptable dogs: Babble (Babs) from Muddy Paws Rescue, and Ariel from Twenty Paws Rescue. Ariel is part of Operation Foster Bound, and is in a great foster home after waiting two years in a boarding kennel; she’s 7 years old, 60 lbs, loves people, and is super mellow.

Babs is a perky 3-4 month old Shepherd/Hound mix puppy, who is sweet and gentle, and loves to play with other dogs!
