On Saturday, fans of Foster Dogs gathered in Central Park for our monthly Foster Pack Walk. We were joined by nearly 20 people and 13 dogs, including 5 foster dogs! Our photographer was Marshall Boprey, who has joined us for many events/shoots in the past (Dog DashTera, Halloween Parade, Matrix, BK Bar Night); we are so grateful for his time and fantastic work throughout the years!

Started in October 2015, our Foster Pack Walks are going strong over 1 year later (locations vary based on the month). As long as people and pups keep attending, we’ll keep running these fun and inclusive events. We welcome all dogs and people, and encourage adoptable dogs (in foster care or in shelters) to join us to socialize with other dogs and get some exercise. Our volunteer Megan Penney has been running these walks since the beginning, and for that we are so grateful.

View all Foster Pack Walk photos on our Facebook page! We’ve been running this program regularly since Fall 2015, so there’s a whole bunch of happy people and pups in the park. We’ll share the date and info for our next pack walk on our EVENTS page – stay tuned.
