Here are some of the adoptable dogs attending the event:
Simon: is an approximately 8 years old, 12 lb Chihuahua who was rescued from a shelter in Los Angeles in October. Simon is a very sweet guy! He is good with other dogs and loves to go out and walk. He does have a little bit of weakness in his back legs so stairs can be a bit of a bother. He has a low grade heart murmur. Simon is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped.
Apply to adopt Simon with Waggytail Rescue.
Cole: “Cole is just the fluffiest little floof you need in your life! He is a 3 year old Pekingese mix from Kentucky. He’s looking for a nice place to chill, and just wants to be the tiny buddy in your life… Whether that might be brunch with friends on the weekends, hanging out at that new biergarten all night, or maybe having a quiet night of staying in, ordering Eat24, and a marathon of ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.’ Cole is your guy, so go apply now!”
He is up to date on his age appropriate medical, microchipped, and is fully grown at 15 pounds. This dog is available for adoption through Muddy Paws Rescue. If you’re interested in adopting, the first thing you should do is fill out an adoption application at www.muddypawsrescue.org.
Vida: 6 month old Chihuahua mix Vida is friendly with dogs and people, and has a happy giant smile!
Located at Animal Haven Shelter, in SoHo NYC. More about the adoption process.
Choco: Choco is a sweet friendly 2 year old 8-lb Poodle rescued from Korea. Choco is currently being fostered in NYC and is looking for her forever home!

Smiley: Smiley is a happy-go-lucky adult female Cocker Spaniel. She’s 5 years old, under 30 lbs (still could lose a couple lb’s) and friendly with dogs and cats! She prefers a home without little kids, is very quiet and sweet, and she’s potty trained.
Fill out an adoption application with Friends with Four Paws online.
Ginger: Ginger is a super sweet 7 year old Chihuahua mix. She’s good with kids, dogs, and is house trained. Ginger loves to play but has a lower energy level. Ginger would do well in just about any home.

Jake: Rescued from Kentucky, this southern gentleman is looking for a forever home. He loves going on walks or runs, and getting out of the house! Hes also happy to lounge around or snuggle in the house. He loves people, and is fine being on his own at home too. If you want a hiking or running buddy, or someone to take to the park daily, this is your guy!
He is up to date on his age appropriate medical, microchipped, and is fully grown 51 pounds. This dog is available for adoption through Muddy Paws Rescue. If you’re interested in adopting, the first thing you should do is fill out an adoption application at www.muddypawsrescue.org.
Bernardo: “Bernardo is such a mellow cuddle-bug. He loves to go on your lap or snuggle into your neck. He’s very quiet and housebroken. He should be taken out 3-4 times a day, as with most dogs! He would be a great dog for a first-time pet owner. He is partial to women and doesn’t love when a lot of people come over into his home, though he’s not aggressive. He’s pretty good on-leash and does not bark at other dogs.”
If you’re interested in adopting Bernardo please go to furfriendsinneed.com and fill out an application
