Hosted by PetInsider and The Dog Agency, Foster Dogs Inc is bringing dogs to the 2nd Annual Petcon (Pet Convention) in Manhattan. Foster Dogs will be gathering a group of adoptable dogs and cats for adoption, to show off the joys of fostering and rescue.
