Guest Opportunities + Submissions:

This podcast is all about the worldwide foster community and we want to include a wide variety of voices, perspectives, and experiences from as many different fosters, shelters, rescues, volunteers, supporters, and curious newcomers as we can.

We are currently seeking submissions and guests for the following topics:

Celebrations and Traditions when your foster pet gets adopted, stories about saying goodbye (for episode 1, releasing end of April 2021 - submit ASAP!)
The future of animal rescue and fostering
Innovative foster programs
Diversity and Inclusion in animal rescue
Fostering with kids, fostering as a family

Why We Foster welcomes and encourages submissions from people of all backgrounds and we especially want to hear from people who have been historically underrepresented or excluded from animal rescue. If you identify as part of an underrepresented group, we welcome and encourage you to indicate so when you send us your story.
